Cudjoe Key Substation

Cudjoe Key:  EPC – Modification of existing Substation to include; reconfigure existing rigid bus and breaker configuration; Power Transformer Pad installation; Power Transformer Installation (Transformer supplied by KEYS); replacement of one 138 kV SF6 breaker; installation of a new 138 kV SF6 breaker; installation of a new 15 kV switchgear feeder breaker; installation of three (3) new air break switches; applicable Electrical testing and commissioning of new equipment and protective relays.

Key West Diesel Substation

Key West Diesel:  EPC – Removal/Disposal of existing Key West Diesel Transformer “T1” and pad removal; Power Transformer Pad Installation; Power Transformer Installation (Transformer supplies by KEYS); Applicable Electrical testing and commissioning of new equipment and protective relays.

Legacy Park Substation

Service/Scope:

The Project includes the complete procurement and construction of a looped 69kV to 12.5kV substation.  Basis of Design is a modified ring bus arrangement with the power transformer relocated from the one existing Owner substation, transported to and installed at the project site.  Two (2) control enclosures are included at Project site one each for Owner and the electric utility.  Medium voltage, 12.5kV, direct buried ductbank shall originate from the Owner control enclosure with the two (2) branches being terminated with a ductbank cap for continuation at the Owner discretion.  Necessary grounding grid, lighting, lightning protection, and other ancillary systems shall also be included. Space allocation is provided for future substation expansion of the fourth and final breaker, another power transformer and control enclosure.

 

Ulmerton Bank 4 Addition

Service/Scope:

Condition Based Monitoring, concrete foundation DGA, ground grid and conduit connections for the GE Kelman DGA 900. Install new ground grid connections from the GE Kelman DGA 900 cabinet and support stand to the existing ground grid. Install one (1) 2-1/2in. conduit from the GE Kelman DGA 900 to the CEE via the cable trench for fiber communication. Install one (1) 1-1/2in. conduit from the GE Kelman DGA 900 to AC Panel #2 for AC supply. Install connections from the GE Kelman DGA 900 to the transformer valves for supply and return oil. Install one (1) APT TTC-1000. This will be mounted on the exterior of the transformer, or transformer cabinet. Install one (1) 2-1/2in. conduit from APT TTC-1000 to the CEE via the cable trench for fiber communication. Install probes from the APT TTC-1000 to the transformer for top oil temperature, LTC oil temperature and ambient temperature.
